<What currency is this store in?>

All prices are in CAD.

<Where do you ship from?>

British Columbia, Canada.

<Do you accept orders placed outside of Canada?>

No, unfortunately for now, orders will only be shipped within Canada. 

<What does [BACKORDER] mean?>

[BACKORDER] items are products that are currently out-of-stock, but are in the process of being manufactured and shipped to me.

This is different from PRE-ORDERS because I've already ordered a specific quantity prior to opening my shop.

<What do I do if I need to change my address?>

Please email me with the following information as soon as possible to change your address:

    1.  your name
    2.  your order number
    3.  your new address

Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

<What do I do if my order is damaged / wrong?>

If your order arrives damaged, or there's something else wrong with your order, please email me!

<Returns / Refunds / Exchanges>

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are generally not accepted.
